Lynk & Co has officially released the first road-test spy shots of its upcoming mid-size model, the Lynk & Co 07 GT. As a derivative of the existing 07 EM-P sedan, this new wagon variant is expected to make its official debut and hit the market later this year. For context, the current Lynk & Co 07 EM-P is priced between 155,800 and 175,800 RMB (approximately $21,500 – $24,300 USD).
In terms of design, the 07 GT maintains the brand’s signature “The Next Day” aesthetic. The front fascia features a sculpted hood with prominent character lines, lending the vehicle a sporty and aggressive stance. The roof is equipped with a LiDAR sensor, and based on the 07 EM-P configuration, the vehicle is expected to feature a comprehensive suite of 27 intelligent driving sensors, including 11 cameras, 3 millimeter-wave radars, and 12 ultrasonic radars. Depending on the trim, it will be powered by either Orin-Y or Thor chips, supporting the advanced Qianli Haohan H5 and H7 intelligent driving systems.
From the side profile, the new model showcases an elegant and elongated wagon silhouette. The roofline slopes gently toward the rear to optimize aerodynamics, while the addition of roof rails enhances utility, allowing users to easily mount cargo boxes or other outdoor equipment. In terms of dimensions, the standard 07 EM-P measures 4835/1900/1480mm with a wheelbase of 2843mm, and the GT variant is expected to share a similar footprint.
The rear design is more substantial than the sedan version. Because the roofline does not drop as sharply behind the B-pillar, the 07 GT offers significantly more cargo capacity and improved headroom for second-row passengers.
Under the hood, the 07 GT is expected to utilize the same plug-in hybrid powertrain as the 07 EM-P, consisting of a 1.5T engine and an electric motor. The engine produces a maximum power of 163 horsepower (120 kW), with a combined system output of 381 horsepower, paired with a 3-speed DHT transmission. It features an 18.99 kWh battery pack, providing a CLTC pure electric range of 126 km and a total combined range of up to 1,450 km. Additionally, the entire lineup will come standard with hydraulic variable damping adaptive suspension for superior ride comfort.
