During the 2026 Beijing Auto Show, Deepal officially launched the L06 Max edition. The new model features a limited-time promotional price ranging from 118,900 to 128,900 RMB ($16,646 – $18,046 USD), while the official MSRP is set between 125,900 and 135,900 RMB ($17,626 – $19,026 USD). This new variant effectively lowers the entry barrier for the pure electric Deepal L06 lineup.
The Max edition primarily differs from the higher-end Ultra version in terms of intelligent driving and cockpit hardware, though it maintains a high level of comfort features. Notably, the Max version omits LiDAR in favor of millimeter-wave radars and a reduced number of side and rear-view cameras. It utilizes the AD Pro driving assistance system, which supports High-Speed Navigation Pilot but lacks the City Navigation Pilot functionality found in more expensive trims. Additionally, active safety features such as fatigue monitoring, accelerator pedal suppression, emergency steering support, and automatic steering avoidance are not included in this version.
Inside the cabin, the Max edition is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155 chip and features a 15.4-inch 2.5K central touchscreen. Other interior amenities remain consistent with the rest of the lineup, including power-adjustable front seats with memory, heating, and ventilation functions. The vehicle also continues to offer a 360-degree panoramic camera system, transparent chassis view, Intelligent Parking Assist, and Remote Parking Assist.
The Deepal L06 Max is available in two pure electric configurations: the 560 Max and the 670 Max. These are equipped with 56.12 kWh and 68.82 kWh lithium iron phosphate (LFP) batteries supplied by CATL, providing CLTC ranges of 560 km and 670 km, respectively. Both versions are powered by a 200 kW rear-mounted motor delivering 290 Nm of peak torque. The 0-100 km/h acceleration times are clocked at 5.9 seconds for the 560 Max and 6.2 seconds for the 670 Max.
